In this modern world most of us willing to see online videos live. So we need to have an internet connection, a better web browser and have a nice facility to watch videos live. Importantly we need an extra plugin like (flash player or quicktime player) to view videos online.


But now we don't need an extra plugin to view videos or play songs online! The modern technology of web development has brought the "HTML5" the newer version of Hyper Text Markup Language to make our needs of online freedom. You can view videos online and listen to musics online without any extra plugin on the internet.


HTML5 uses a coding called as <video> tag to add videos on the web.

HTML5 uses a coding called as <audio> tag to add musics on the web.


According to the AR Technology on Multimedia Zone and Web Designing Zone this help in many ways and bring more comfortable while developing websites and managing multimedia file systems. Multimedia and Web Designing technology brought up easily with the modern technology of W3C's HTML5.


 

The current supported file formats for the video elements are the following.


  1. MP4
  2. WebM
  3. Ogg



The current supported file formats for the audio elements are the following.


  1. MP3
  2. Wav
  3. Ogg



Try one sample of AR Technology on the HTML5 Video and Audio Elements. Copy the coding bellow and paste them on a notepad or on any web development programme and save the file as "index.html". Then double click on the saved file and see the out put. If you want to see that does it really work without any extra plugin you may uninstall the extra plugin (like flash) on the computer and check again.

That is working 100%, Use latest web browsers to get the outputs... Because old versions do not support and you may check the list of browsers which support the HTML5 above. Take a look at the table given above of each codings.
